Went TGIF tonight and it was great! Food was good and a big shout out to Aiden who was such a lovely server. He was really polite and friendly, super switched on and chatty without being over the top and nothing was too much trouble. He had great energy, was really attentive, and just made us feel looked after and welcome. High praise from me and the family.
Visited on Monday evening and the service we received from Mia was absolutely phenomenal, the customer care that she shown was amazing, so polite , always smiling and making sure everything was ok , even describing all the different lagers etc. MIA deserves a promotion as she ran rings around everyone else. Thank you Mia , As a customer care Manager for a prestige Car dealership I would employ this young lady in an instant please pass on my sincere thanks xx
I would like to start by saying how lovely all the staff were. Except for one manager if that's what you would like to call him. The way he speaks to staff members is absolutely disgusting, he shouts in their face, is heavily sexist and I would even go as far to say racist. Never in all my years have a seen a manager speak to their staff with such disregard. Young staff members as well, calling them useless and expendable. When given the state of this place I would argue they couldn't afford to lose anymore staff. I am disgusted and will never be returning until this manager- Paul- is removed. Otherwise my vist was very pleasant with great food
The staff were very quick and helpful with providing an allergy card which you scan to see the menu on your phone and for finding out information regarding what drinks would be ideal for us. The serving of my food was swift and they ensured it was nut free. The drinks were amazing, the Raspberry Ripple was very thick and sweet and took a long while to drink, it was almost like a dessert. The food was amazing and we left full and content. Definitely worth returning again soon.
Visited 04/06/2024 for lunch, great atmosphere, great service, food is nice and plentiful portions. The mozzarella dippers are very nice along with the tomato salsa it comes with, and then did the two lunch items deal for £13.99 and got the tomato pasta main, again very nice. Attentive service and due to short turnaround was able to get us our meal very quickly. Would highly recommend a visit ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
